Return Conditions
1. You can return the product you received from the cargo to the date you received it, without using it, without removing the label, without destroying it or deforming it.
You can return it in the same condition you received it (invoice and other accessories) within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of delivery.
2. When receiving your order from the cargo, be sure to check it with the cargo officer who delivers it. Do not receive the product(s) that you think were damaged during shipment. If the product/products are damaged, make sure to file a report with the cargo officer and send the products back without receiving them.
3. Before returning the product you purchased, please inform us about the product you will return via e-mail to kaan@blackshine.com.tr and get approval.
4. After the product(s) reach us, the necessary examination is carried out meticulously. If the above conditions are met, the exchange will be made on the same day. If you want a refund, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
5. Depending on the type of payment made, refunds will be made to the credit card if made by credit card, or to the bank account if made by money transfer, within 3 business days.
6. For the satisfaction of our customers and the continuity of our purchases, it is very important for us that the return/exchange process is a completely normal situation. We believe that Buyer and Seller are an inseparable whole.
7. In exchange transactions, the shipping cost of the new product belongs to the Buyer.
Cancellation Terms
When you want to cancel your order, you can call our Customer Services before the product is delivered and report your cancellation request. As a result of the request we receive, your order will be canceled before delivery and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
